Elegant Faces is proud to launch our new eyeliner sealer. A great way to turn any of your favourite eyeshadows into a smudgeproof Liquid Liner.

How to use:
1. Wipe an angled liner brush across the shadow.
2. Once you have a bit of shadow on the brush add a drop of liner sealer to the brush
3. Mix the shadow and sealer either on your hand or on a mixing palette.
4. Apply liner while wet along the lash line.
